The city of Cleator Arizona is for sale for $1,250,000.

This 40 acre dot in the desert is the perfect place for our oasis.

It’s only about an hour and a half from Phoenix.

There is little commercial viability for the property so there should be low competition for placing a bid.

We have enough room to build housing for at least 40 families.

All we need to do is find enough interest in living, building businesses, and investing in Cleator.

Once we have confirmation of interest, we can raise funds for earnest money, inspections, appraisals, down payment, etc.

We will also form a trust to hold the property and protect all participants.

Using my commercial lending connection, we can get a line of credit using leverage from the trust.

We also have the option to raise money via Reg CF crowdfund.

We have plenty of options, but we must move fast!
